This song reminds me of my first holiday in London with my friends in 1998. Great song and beautiful voice.

First heard this song (and of this group) on an Ultra Records compilation... After four listens was intrigued enough to find out more. From there, the CDs I bought of them were all good.

Corny band but some great songs. Also, bleached black girls are the best.

Big Calm is a terrific album. Sigh, Skye Edward's voice. So sweet and smooth. In another age she might have been one of the great jazz singers.

Never seen a Morcheeba MV but it's exactly how I'd imagine it would look like. 1:17 is a homage to a photo by Philippe Halsman of Salvador Dali called "Dali Atomicus". Pretty cool. I first heard of them when they came out with "Trigger Hippy" but I didn't catch their name and CDs were expensive (and obviously no Youtube) back then so I didn't rediscover them until last year. I just remembered Skye's chill, almost haunting voice. Glad I found them again.

It was an awesome show! Would've been even better if those damn kids with their damn cell phone cameras (get off my lawn...) weren't crowding the front of the hall and making it harder to dance. If you're looking for an excuse to visit Paris, go for it, but I'm sure they're scheduled to perform somewhere much closer to you, too :)

Hahaha, i once got another song of hers (Blood Like Lemonade) in some sort of recommendation playlist, and throughout the song I KNEW it was ripped off from some other song I knew. Just couldn't get the name right and couldn't remember the lyrics.
And just now, in a drunken session, I got the song again and started looking for random parts of lyrics that I seem to remember. Turns out she ripped off her own song :')
