Moore, Gary - Flesh And Blood Lyrics
I wish I could get through to you
Seems like you don't want me to
But still I try
I know when you're not feelin' strong
But still I try
I remember the first time
That I looked into your eyes
I remember the first day
Of your life
You're my flesh and blood
I knew it from the very first moment
You're my flesh and blood
I see the sadness in your eyes
I wish that I could paint your skies
A brighter blue
You build these walls around yourself
Protecting you so no one else
Can get to you
You're my flesh and blood
I knew it from the very first moment
You're my flesh and blood
I knew it from the very first moment
You're my flesh and blood
I knew it from the very first moment
You're my flesh and blood
I knew it from the very first moment
You're my flesh and blood
I knew it from the very first moment
You're my flesh and blood
I knew it from the very first moment
My flesh and blood
My flesh and blood

I love this song so much :)
This CD is probably one of the best ones I have
A really nice ballad from Gary Moore and a better song than anything in the top 40 right now. This song would have been a hit 20 years ago when good music was still allowed on the charts.
