Bastian Gahler, dealers used to (maybe still do, IDK) give Heroin in balloons. It's about running out of Heroin, but songs are open to interpretation and sometimes have double meanings. So it's about whatever you think it's about.
This was my song with a buddy musician I met years ago named Scott. We jammed on this song for a wanted public show every day in his basement. Fun times as a teenager in the 90's. I miss them. I wonder what happened to Scott but nobody close to him will answer me.
