Tbh, I like Sonny and Graffiti Pete's storyline the most. Not because I'm one of those people who "ships" them. It's because of the transition into and out of it. It's because of the panic in Sonny's voice and the seriousness in Graffiti Pete's, for once. The rushed feel of it just makes me so excited. :)

I was Sonny some time ago last year. Throughout the show it was easy to let myself go as Sonny wasn't much different from me. But during blackout, the chaos of a blackout, the hopelessness of just being lost and unable to protect the things dear to you, it all felt so real. It usually wasn't until my fellow cast members started running offstage to change costume that I was able to snap back into reality

There is so much drama between Nina and Benny.

I just love how you can barely decipher who's saying what but you can identify everyone's voices, also Sonny is said to be underappreciated but because of the people who make sure that he isn't overshadowed, he gets the attention his character deserves.

What gets me most is the sheer PAIN that all of these characters are expressing. Some are trying to keep calm, some are looking for each other, some are panicking; but in general, they’re all screaming for help in their own way. There’s something so terrifying and powerful about that.

I watched this today, in Australia, and this was my absolute favourite song because it has so much of Lin put into it and it's just so.... I don't have words. It makes me feel so many emotions and I just... clicked with it. I love it so much!! Thank you, Lin, for creating a work of art.
