Dolan, Sage Francis, Illogic, you may like Aesop Rock but he's a bit less peaceful than this generally (and a lot more rap-influenced), The Coup (listen to Violet first), Themselves/Dose One. As far as production goes, stuff like Fat Jon, Nujabes, Odd Nosdam.
