I've been a huge Bob Dylan fan for so many years and I learned that a good Bob Dylan cover is when you turn the song inside out (like Miley does), otherwise it's just a remake and the original author's mark is too affecting on the whole. Great song, I think I listened to this more that I ever did to the original, which I never truly adored like the most do.
