Michelle Branch - Stewart's Coat Lyrics
Hold me love,
I can't sleep again,
will I have to kiss your nose,
I wanna lay here next to him,
love,
rain was falling on my hands,
I don't wanna live through that again,
no.
I know it takes love,
love is a healing thing,
when you give everything,
you're loving the world,
the world gives you love to hold onto,
remembering,

Michelle Branch Stewart's Coat Comments
You do realize this is a lame cover of a Rickie Lee Jones masterpiece.
It took you this long to realize how amazing she is?!?!?!?! GTFO! You're not worthy. Michelle is in a league of her own. And she only gets better. I respect the old, deal with the new and keep my favorites close to my heart.
Love this song ❤
I got the album this morning on iTunes and listened to it tonight. I was blown away. This is easily Michelle's best album to date. The songwriting is exceptionally strong and rarely predictable, and her simple independent producing manages to, for the most part, best her major label productions. The most astonishing part of all of this is that she was only at the ripe age of 15 when it was released! That alone breaks a ton of new grounds for all indie records worldwide. This album is a pure gem.
