When I first arrived in tokyo this was first song I heard and it was raining.. Now I am moving to Japan in 5 months wow..

Oh this song takes me back. I lived in Tokyo for 4 years and actually saw almost all of the sites in these pictures! Had a beautiful Japanese girlfriend named Maiko. She was actually the 3rd most beautiful girl that I saw in all of Tokyo hahahahahha. Sweet as candy, and all she wanted or cared about in life was love and affection. She took me all over Tokyo and I saw the beautiful city through her eyes. Her mother didn't like her dating foreigners so she forced Maiko to come home every night by a 10:00 curfew, just to discourage her from seeing me. But Maiko refused to stop seeing me so I walked her home and dropped her off at exactly 10:00 every night for a year. When her mother realized that she was determined to see me she lifted her curfew and let her stay out with me as long as she liked. Eventually her mother asked to meet me so I put on my best suit and brought flowers and candy and her mother absolutely fell in love with me and started buying me gifts all the time - belts, ties, wallets, dress shirts, tie pins, candies, etc. I returned the favor and started buying Maiko's mother and younger sister chocolates, candies, flowers, scarves, little pieces of art, and any other little small thing I would find, and every time I gave Maiko a present I would get a slightly smaller version of the same present for her mother and a little tiny one for her younger sister (who was absolutely gorgeous as well.) Actually Maiko didn't get a long very well with her mother and sister until we started our little gift giving tradition, constantly buying each other little gifts for no particular reason. Of course the girls all really enjoyed this and after a lot of candy and flowers and a little friendly encouragement on my part Maiko started becoming a lot closer with her mother and sister and they've become great friends every since, spending a lot of time together, taking trips together, etc., etc. (Still none of the could stand their father though! hahahaha.) Good old days! What an awesome experience and this song just reminds me of everything. Great song. Great experience. Miss Tokyo
