I work at a job that employs equal parts from every age range, from between 20's and 30's to 60's and 70s and everything in between. How is it that the people that I hate and completely irritate me are all under 30? Yet I get along fine with staff over 50? Coincidence? Sometimes they don't even need to talk, just their annoying mannerisms piss me off. Just validates how shitty that generation is.

This isn't actually true for just "millenials" - younger generations in the US have long believed they're able to think, analyze and decide better than more experienced, more knowledgeable older people. False equivalency here. By definition: the more experienced person is more able to think and analyze (more) things better than the less experienced, less accomplished person.



This goes back to the Sixties when college students began "taking over" college presidents'' offices and were not expelled because the self-enriching college "adult authorities" believed that expelling disruptive students would result in loss of tuition funds. Today most colleges run a profit and have huge endowment funds. Not only have the college administrators sold out to extortionist students and their weak kneed (but wealthy) parents, they've over hyped college degrees so that workers get pushed down to the lowest rung on society's ladder. If you got no one flipping burgers for you, you can blame the dismissive "educated" elites.

So cancer. Every generation has their own failure and bad habits. We can list down how many things that “nOn miiLleniiaLls” like you had done worse.

Honestly, I don’t blame millennials (40%) of them whom are this song refers to. They are that way due to being raised that way! Period. They didn’t teach themselves this misinformation bullshit we are told to believe.
I’m a millennial, but I own a business (5 years), got custody of my daughter, owned my mistakes, fixed my credit score, tackling debt, and I have no other option but to live with my parents with my daughter. It’s completely by choice, if I tried to live anywhere else, I’d be purchasing a 30 mortgage with high interest and spending an average of $1900/month in my area. No rentals available under $1300.
My daughter and I are blessed to have the support and to allow me enough time to make more money to be able to provide a better life. It’s life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that makes this country great, not life, liberty and the pursuit of being lazy.
I hope millennials everywhere are given the support and acknowledgment most of them deserve.
I know dudes my age who are lineman and make more than anyone coming out of school, I know people who are becoming better at themselves everyday. But more often than not I see older generations that are fat, unhealthy, riddled with disease and hatred. It’s in every generation, stop blaming that and start fixing yourself.
