Why do people argue over Saturday versus Sunday? Every day belongs to God.

God said "the just shall live by faith." We can't live by the law... we must live by faith in Jesus, and through the grace of God.

Oh dear, great song, but God certainly did not say to keep Sunday special!!! He said to keep and guard the Sabbath which is the 7th day (Genesis 2:3), and verse 3 He blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.... No other day is sanctified but the 7th day. Sunday is the first day.

I agree with what you said. The calendar has clearly seven days of the week and the Sabbath (Saturday), it the seventh day of the week. I go to church on the Sabbath, because it's the day Lord has made, so be glad in it.

you do know Constantine changed sunday to the first day of the week to try and unite pagans and christians in his empire dont you ................

sunday is not a commandment, it will take you to hell ignoring GODS holy sabbath(saturday).1 john 3;4 sin is the transgression of the law (10 commandments).rev. 12;9 satan deceives the whole world ,sunday worship is of satan GOD does not accept it.

Wouldn't it be nice if all the churches had church on the Sabbath.

I go to church on Saturday, the Biblical Sabbath. I can't find anywhere in the Bible where the Sabbath day was changed. Even Jesus confirmed Saturday as the Sabbath.

Sabbath is Saturday, clearly says so in the Bible. Also the Jews have kept Sabbath/ Saturday for more than 3500 years.

You are correct, if you go to old testament.  You are incorrect calling Sunday "the pagan day."  The N.T. in Romans 14:5-6 states "5 One man regards one day above another, another regards every day alike. Let each man be fully convinced in his own mind. 6 He who observes the day, observes it for the Lord, and he who eats, does so for the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who eats not, for the Lord he does not eat, and gives thanks to God."
My belief is of that, the day you make it.  Not some 'set in stone' day.

Simply put this these are the words of god so do not call it a false doctrine. Be careful for you are the one who lies and that is a sin. For all those who hear this do remember that it is jesus who saves us but it is gods words which we must listen to. If you don't live bye these rules then I doubt that you are a christian.

I do not think Mercy Me is saying if you do these things you will be saved ,but rather these ten rules are rules that we who are saved should live our lives by. Be holy as I am holy. Yes our holiness is in Christ alone, but we are also being transformed (sanctified) into the likeness of Him and so to adhere to these the best we can with God's Spirit working in us, is not false doctrine.

I'm very sorry for anyone who likes this song so much, but I feel obligated to warn you about its content. The song is full of false doctrine and is based on the Old Testament (old covenant).
