Yeah i kno, i did say she was born in Canada...And i know bout the whole history thing i wasn't getting into all of that lol i was just saying her parents are from there...i wasnt talking bout the generation b4 her parents...and Guyana is not west indies...it adpated the west indian culture....but the main point here is that Melanie Fiona sings well.

@MiszTeeHoney people from the west indians are descents from slaves that gave from West Africa and since she's Guyanese her ancestry is a mixture of West African(possible Ghana and Indian) because the British brought the Indians to the west indies to work as servants. Just like the Chinese and Syrian immigrated to the Jamaica. That's why most people from their are have mixed ancestry from the European, West African, and Asians cultures that immigrated there.
