I’m starting to put Megadeth above Metallica. Because unlike them, they have still made a lot of really good albums after their “golden period” had ended. Yes, they’ve made some bad ones, like Risk, Super Collider and Cryptic Writings, but they’ve always come back better and stronger.

Because A7X is generally considered a band only young teenagers listen to - i grew out of them but I wasnt a huge fan to begin with. I still like some of their songs though and I have a pretty refined musical palette so basically fuck people who say don't listen to xyz - but also never take any band too seriously or base the core of your identity on what band or genre you like.
