One of my favorite Megadeth songs.

Here is some more to chew on: Even though the law school notions about the adversarial system being just, and searching for the truth. . .it is well known the courts are a farce and sham (see "Why Innocent People Plead Guilty" by Jed S. Rakoff (Federal Judge). The justice system produced at least 33,000 false felony convictions annually.
Also Cf. California Penal Code. 1054 (a) to promote the ascertainment of truth in trials by requiring timely pretrial discovery).
Also, a book by Bryan Stevenson called "Just Mercy" reveals the true corrupt and evil ways of the courts and police. As author Tracy Kidder states: "Our American Criminal Justice system has become an instrument of evil'

The only bad thing from this album is the very compressed sound production.

Mustaine literally had to jump back to the early beginning to resurrect Megadeth: an album with Chris Poland. TSHF was a metal miracle.

Im not bashing dave man i love him just saying that his stuff is 90 % pentatonic

People that say Dave ONLY uses pentatonic scales in his soloing need to listen to more Megadeth. There are multiple examples of him not using those scales in addition to the ones you mentioned. He likes to use diminished arpeggios ("Set The World Afire," "The Skull Beneath The Skin," "Bad Omen," "The Emperor," "Dystopia," "Blackmail The Universe," "Blessed Are The Dead," and "This Day We Fight!") as well as Middle Eastern scales ("The Threat Is Real," "Poisonous Shadows," "Off The Edge," "44 Minutes," and "Into The Lungs of Hell"). In fact, his first two solos on "The Threat is Real" are both Middle-Eastern-influenced, with the second one containing a mixture of Hungarian Minor and Phrygian Dominant scales. His solos on "Chosen Ones," "Rattlehead," "Lucretia," "Never Walk Alone...A Call To Arms," "Back In The Day," "Look Who's Talking," "Post American World," "Me Hate You," and "Last Dying Wish" also venture outside the pentatonic scale. His second solo on "1,320" has some awesome diminished runs. His little solo on "Bullet To The Brain" is classically influenced. I know that I'm rambling on here, but my point is that Dave Mustaine certainly offers more than just pentatonic scales in his leads. I will say that he definitely likes to use the 12th and 14th-fret pentatonic positions a lot in his solos, but here's the thing: no one and I mean NO ONE plays pentatonic scales as angrily, aggressively, and with as much ticked off attitude and hatred as Dave does. No one.

Such an underrated album. This album only feels right with Mustaine and Poland together again. Dave got a drummer that's sounds similar to Gar's style. Would've been even better if Eleffson was on the record.
