McCartney, Paul - Tiny Bubble Lyrics

If you're part of my love
Don't leave home tonight
While we're sleeping we can learn to see that
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside
Those of us who notice are
Expected to hide
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside, the truth

When I look in your eyes
I can see the sky
Shining down upon the perfect garden
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside
Those of us who notice are
Expected to hide
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside the truth

You can't imagine just what I've been going through
I wouldn't wish it on a soul much less on you
I well remember when my heart was free
My soul could laugh, so could we

If you're part of my love
Don't leave home tonight
While we're sleeping we can learn to see that
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside
Those of us who notice are
Expected to hide
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside, the truth

You can't imagine just what I've been going through
I wouldn't wish it on a soul much less on you
I well remember when my soul was free
My heart could sing, so could we

If you're part of my love
You won't leave home tonight
While we're sleeping we can learn to see that
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside
All the world's a tiny bubble
Floating inside

All the world's a tiny bubble
Repeat to end

In this very pleasant sounding song, Paul McCartney switches in a crude way between at least two keys. It's hard to hum this tune for yourself without getting lost with the melody of "All the worlds a tiny bubble floating inside".

  3. I.... R....

Everywhere there's lots of piggies living piggy lives

  4. B.... L....

Still remeber when I heared that. I was 28 years old, and starting the road to the glory, a lot of changes

  5. m.... m....

Have you seen the little piggies
    Crawling in the dirt .............................

    m.... m....

Always having dirt to play around in...

  6. A.... F....

    LOVE THIS FREAKING SONG !!!

  7. G.... D....

    Agreeable

  8. W.... ....

    Chorus line sounds like Piggies.

    W.... ....

    Yes it does

    W.... ....

    It's what I thought

  9. c.... m....

    MAGIC.I love this song

  10. N.... D....

    Wonderful.

  11. N.... D....

    Very nice!

This is masterful piece or pop perfection...it's an unintentionall tuneful abstraction of membrane theory in musical form... Macca threw off the burden of being and ex-Beatle from Flaming Pie on. The second part of his solo/post Beatles career has been remarkable.

    J.... L....

    John Lawler exactly 👍🏻

    J.... L....

Totally agree with you, John. I've seen Paul many times live and he's always been great but I'd be just as happy to go to see him doing a gig where the whole set was drawn from the albums he's made since Flaming Pie.

    J.... L....

John Lawler m great interpretation of his style solo work...got out front under Beatles shadow

    it's an awesome song!!!!

  14. d.... ....

I guess it's alright for Paul to borrow another tune since everyone has borrowed from him.

    d.... ....

    borrowed from what?

    d.... ....

    Piggies

    d.... ....

Invisible Ray m great satire that he would beatles borrow

  15. E.... M....

One of my fave tunes from this album!

  16. D.... L....

Great song...the melody "all the worlds a tiny bubble" sounds like piggies :)

    D.... L....

Paul was a Beatle so Piggies being a Beatles tune makes sense he would still sound like he did then

    D.... L....

@Ponyboy Curtis Yeah, it's still kinda weird though. Paul didn't write Piggies, that's a George tune. It's cool to hear it, or at least something like it here though.

    D.... L....

the timing and stresses are different, the notes aren't an exact match, and, besides the difference in overall style, the harmonies and rate of chord changes against the melody are different.

it is a cool nod, but nothing closer to piggies than that. it's still cry distinct and a standalone classic in which is concealed a special harking back.
George and Paul do this regarding one another's stuff quite often in their careers.

    D.... L....

@Peter Jackson It would be great if you could give us some examples.

Peter Jackson a song on different Macca album sounds like when was fab
