I love McCartney more melodic songs the only one that stick out to me is the song called SCARED in fact its the only one i liked on the whole album.
That one got no melody at all, just some basic piano chords to accompany the almost spoken lyrics. This one is musically a dozen times more inventive and interesting.
Must be the lyrics that appeal to you , or you're into music as minimalist as can be. Or both.

Sounds like his work as "The Fireman". I know Paul likes to spread songs all around and make some hard to find. If you remember the '70s and '80s, he put a ton of unreleased material only on B-sides of the single, and they would have fit on whatever album it was on. He likes to make collectors make it hard to catch every tune! If that's his fun, why not?
