Pretty sure it's about weed. If you listen to ANY of the lyrics, you can see it's about weed. Just because it's in the music video doesn't mean it's about it.

It's actually the Czech version of the serving, you have to add fire to the Czech stuff because it sucks. The traditional method doesn't involve fire. Still it's good to have songs about Absinthe even if the video uses the nasty stuff.
