Is it only me or does anyone else think that this song could be about someone who died from suicide??? Because you're looking for the and can't find them, you can't reach them and protect them, the part that says " it's his fault to feel this way", also the crack in the ocean floor might be the suicidal thoughts because the one you loved the most died and you can't have them back and you really want to find them so dying's the only way... I don't know, it's just a thought...
