I was sitting in the car watching my phone and heard this come on the radio. I immediately took out my earbuds and felt like a veil was lifted. I dunno maybe I felt like I could relate to this song. Thank you lord for sending me this.

I spent so much time in this house no life no friends no future in this place where I have been unaffected by the world yesterday my cousins 15 yr friend committed suicide schools have been canceled fours kids planned to gun down the soccer team and three boys have been accused of rape....

Right after this song was over, I almost cried because I never felt the same since this song. The reason why this song almost made me cry was because I realized that the lost on the streets have no hope for themselves and so now I must help others.

Never seen the video, it adds so much more to the song. Giving money to a homeless person doesn't necessarily solve their problems, I say this because of actually trying to help some. You got to be willing to come along side them and take them to places where they can get help.

love this song ! opened my eyes to a different world once upon a time it really helped me reach out to the less fortunate or homeless, I'll admit haven't done it as much lately but I still have a strong place in my heart for people in need. I want to help the world pray that God helps me persever yall .... thank you God bless!.

I know I can be really selfish at points in my life. This song really humbles me and puts thinks into perspective.

I am slightly confused about the video. So he picks up a homeless lady, lets her drive his car and then they cruise around picking up other people in need, but every time someone gets in the previous passengers aren't there.

What happens to the people after they get into the car?

Giving someone a ride is great, but is it smart to let them drive your car if they're not insured or familiar with it?

BewareTheCarpenter I think is more a metaphor..when you help someone first then it opens your eyes to help even more people. The widow in the video always point and show the guy there are people all around. I think when he helped the widow, she opened him to see more of the world (which is indicated by her when she is driving)

i have been growing up as a christian but i get really mad easily and sometimes i dont care and im in my own little world look out my window thinking i need to say sorry i need to truly mean this if i am a christian i have to be a christian. have faith dont be down and its so hard to be in your own little world sometimes i even cry myself to sleep thinking jesus does not love me but i know he always will and i will always love him :)

Money doesn't help too much. Besides money, we need to talk to this people, ask them to tell us their stories of life or better, eat with them. Jesus says that when we organise some party, dinner or a celebration, we should invite these people that can't return the favor for us instead inviting our friends. Not only about returning the favor, but we can't be with our friend whenever we can and who these people have ? And it's easy to invite friends, hard is invite homeless and humble people that society has rejected.

I love this one. One of my absolute favorites to lead with on worship on Sunday. Deep, true and a lot of fun to play.
