I love this method. I think the reason why women experienced so much breakage is because we wanted to get our monies worth so we would put a bunch of glue on the track or Re glue a track when it slid out.

I uses to take mine out to wash my hair and the tracks, back in the day...BUT can the hair be washed without taking it out. Can it be pulled inti a ponytail...can it be grabbed and not come a loose?
