This song is purely melancholy. The guitars are so decrepit. Moreso that sound you hear after he says "ravenous debris" it sounds like something's failing. If death metal wasn't already a thing, this song would be "death prog". It really hits the feels.

Love the build up on this song and Enuch Provacatour Their best songs have this build up/layering that is almost reminiscent of classical music to a climax. They have made a Mozart symphony out rock band instruments and effects, they do deserve their own genre. How they are able to do this separates them from any other band I can think of, I cant think of anyone that does it with such a signature sound and power and Genius composition this way.
