I'm speculating here, but I would say it's about a woman, or perhaps multiple women, who he likens to "Morning Glory Wine," which is to say she provides a momentary high but is probably not socially acceptable. But he turns to her, or at least considers it, in an attempt to fill the void left by someone else he once loved and lost.
