Saw her at the WIRE picnic in Indianapolis around 1984 or so. WIRE 1430 AM was the best country music station ever, but unfortunately it couldn't compete with the FM stations coming online about that time, and sadly it no longer exists.

+David Griffin .....if not gut wrenching. It's haunting and it's so darn good. She really struck up a huge hit with this one. I remember when it first hit the airwaves. Of course she is retired now from making any music or out on the road. She's a super talent. I had a chance to see her in concert back in the day. She's a magnificent entertainer as is her sisters are. I would say she did pretty well for herself, wouldn't you??

For sure. I was born in 1969 and I grew up hearing her music here in Southern California and watched her show throughout its run. I also saw her in concert in Anaheim back in 1990 and she was amazing.
