There seems to be a lot of complaints about the "narrow" video so here's my quick take.

The grey and white backdrop implies that all the attention is directed at one thing: The band and the girl. at 00:19, he sings "I Couldn't Get You Out Of My eye-site" which to me feels like it's from his view and therefore our view too. A lot of the early shots of her, specifically her undress are from a low angle, almost as if he is sitting and watching her undress. We know this song is somewhat sexual because at 00:28 he sings "I Like The Way That You taste". Combining this and the backdrop and direction of attention, I would say that this is what he is remembering. I don't think it's supposed to be flaunting her, I think it's his memory of the perfect moments. Her smile and the way she covers herself up at 1:52 makes her seem embarrassed, so I don't think this is purely about her being objectified or seen as just a sexual mechanism to get views, I think it's a private view into a relationship.

Or it's for the views, I have no idea.

I posted this in reply to someone, but it I'll put it directly on the vid. Honestly I think the music video is going for that feeling of love and comfort you'd feel next to your SO when you're half naked. Like how when you're so in love with the person that you're comfortable being around them in this vulnerable state. It's not even the lead up to sex, it's those moments of bliss and contentedness you feel with the person you love and you know they're right there feeling the same thing. Just watching the model's expressions in conjunction with the song gives me this vibe.

wish you guys could hear this song through my sound system, me oh my, it is earth-shattering the way the drums and guitar comes through. Perfect voice tones, they ain't using a shitty mic either. perfectly executed.

Well, most of their past videos are really "technological", they don't always need to be that way, in fact, they shall not.
Besides that, MK music is way better in every single aspect, if the videos sucked (which they don't), no one would care at all.

Wired was a critical success and a commercial flop, they're just trying to keep some momentum going with this single. It's a shame because Wired was probably their best album yet, but not having sony to push it obviously had an effect on sales.

The music video is perfect. Its showing that she is all he needs, all he sees. He loves everything about her. Anything else in the video would take away from her and be a distraction to the subject of the song. Its beautiful, thank you Mallory Knox.
