My older brother was really good pals with the lead singer back in the early 90s,Me being a young scallywag at the time didn’t know anything about music at that time,So being nearly 40,This record brings back a lot of memories from that time👍👍

I actually bought this album and it got damaged in my car and I haven't seen it since anyway in shops or on iTunes, it's seems very rare

Some of the guitar and arrangements remind me of Us era Peter Gabriel. This album is more rocking in general though. Too bad this album is so forgotten among their catalogue.

There are moments in which the vocalist reminds me of Tony Martin from Black Sabbath. Very good discovery indeed!

Not sure why this isn't easily available now. Not even on iTunes. Very low key album, must be a label thing. I'm a long time fan and was even in the UK at the time and didn't know this was released!

Brilliant album!! For me this is one of Magnum's BEST albums, superb production and just quality songs + Bob Catley vocals never sounded better than on this underrated gem of an album!

Magnum are great but the best underated (AOR)band that must be FM(UK) !

Weak ?! Absolutely not.. Sleepwalking is a perfect album of polished pleasant melodic-rock or AOR in the vein of Foreigner but even better !

Love this album, one of my favourites along with Goodnight LA, Rock Art and Eleventh Hour! Rodney Matthews does a superb job on the artwork!

Bought this when it came out and never got on with it. Listened again tonight for first time in years and opinion hasn't changed. Just think they lost direction on this. No riffs, guitar low in the mix, lots of saxophone. Is it prog, is it folk rock, is it Richard Marx? Not for me this one. Could almost have been a Hard Rain album

+Andrew Abraham I'd agree to a degree. I feel it was the end of an era and Magnum just couldn't conceive what was to come. But saying that as a fan album its up there. That's what Magnum do best is not sorely sticking with commercial success but creating genuine quality music for their followers. Sleepwalking riff though! That ends up being stuck in my head for ages. Stormy weather guitar solo, classic Clarkin. I feel Tony's playing is a lot more fluid and bluesy in this album.

awesome 9th album from english rock band magnum. just a real good solid album. i love it and this has a real strong feel. magic stuff.

Several excellent songs on this one too, but I'm not much fan of the kitschy style of cover art, even if the artist has obviously talents. It reminds me of some of the Marillion covers. For one or another reason, I don't like the choice of colours of neither, mysterious greens and blues somehow seem to be a more appropriate choice for this band...

A mi me gusta el heavy mas duro, pero cuando escucho rock suave como magnum se me abre la imaginacion y tambien me pregunto como no han tenido tanta repercusion como rainbow, motley crue y grupos asi.....ah otro gran grupo que no resuena mucho es camel

Thanks so much for posting this! Haven't heard this album for about 20 years. First heard some of these tracks on an interview on the radio when legendary radio DJ Fluff was interviewing Magnum back in '92.
