I mean I know those videos you mention are cheap - though I think they're great - and I thought this was also a cheap one. But who cares? A video is good, if you have good ideas for it, nevermind if it's cheap. To subtitle it is a joke as well.

@Vajda Veronika But how can you say this was a cheap video like ones I had mentioned, Yea them other cheap videos are good but would not look at this and think cheap- They put that note at end as the finally started doing some more expensive videos so they  didn't mean it

+mikey p Well, I'm not keen on how cheap or expensive Madness videos are, it's not an issue for me. This one is good too but my favourites are the early cheap ones. By the way, I've only seen them in the 90's and not very often, so I could watch them a lot only when I had internet at home, few years ago. These videos are still loveable and funny, while many today's music video is horrible no matter how expensive they are. Without invention and love you won't make any valuable thing.

I'm a huge of fan of the original and Scritti.This version is so undeniably catchy and @1:33 cracks me up everytime.

I don't understand why this song gets so much hate by Madness fans. I think it's a brilliant version, way better than the original. I love the sound of the keyboards and Suggs' sweet voice. It's one of those songs that I've never got tired of (It was one of the first Madness songs I downloaded just after discovering the band 4 years ago. And the video, altough not as funny as most Madness videos, it's very good too. And Suggs is sexy as hell here (well, he always looked good in the 80s).

I ADORE this stupid & mad video! The only thing missing is the legendary Madness dance.
As much as I love this band and their cover of The Sweetest Girl, I still prefer the original by Scritti Politti.

Believe it or not, but the original by Scritti Politti is perhaps even weirder. I like it how the Maddest Gang gives it a slight dub vibe (complete with fake melodica!)

great song....heard this song for the first time in college on college radio here in the states back in 1985-86. From the "Mad Not Mad" album....found out also that it was a remake originally done by Scritti Politti...

yeah i agree, some of their new stuff is good, but it will never get the publicity of their stuff first time round unfortunately

I dont think Madness should have faded out of fashion but at least they are still making songs
