Aww, s–oof man. I just finished watching Marble Hornets. I first listened to this song when I was halfway through all of the episodes. Dang, the lyrics all make more sense. The feels, man, the feels...

2:17 gets me the most. Its just the background music, the way she sings the lyrics and the scene playing makes it so emotional. Gotta say, you guys did a good job!

Tim's character arc _(heh)_ is so goddamn sad. He spent his whole life ostracized, run through the mud by everything around him. People he trusted, who were all he had. But at the end of it all, everyone he ever had is dead as a doornail. To wit:

Jay's Operator sickness drove him to madness, and his perception was so warped that he sought to kill Tim, the only help- the only _companion-_ he had left. Apparently, his number came up instead. Tim's last friend? Dead.

Brian as the masked man may have been playing pretty much everyone, but he was still an undeniable help in dealing with Alex and the shituation as a whole. Also, let's not forget, *he was Tim's first friend, **_ever._* And whether he meant to drop him or not, Tim's hands are where Brian's blood dries.

Noticing a pattern? This doesn't even begin to cover the clusterfuck that is Tim's (lifelong!) Operator sickness, along with his early life of seclusion, delusions, and fear. The man's life is so rough it could blister sandpaper.

And fuck if I don't choke up considering it all. Contrary to the series' final words, everything is *_not_* fine.

This gave me the oddest sense of nostalgia

Everytime I hear this song, I feel like rewatching the series, I'm just afraid it'll be ruined by a swarm of ads now though :(. So glad to listen to your stuff and everyone in this one did great :).

I realized something... Marble Hornets done the vids during my basketball years in 2010 - 2011 I was in 2nd grade. Dang I feel old even tho I'm only 16... Welp... There's another reason why I fell like this!

first let me start off by saying that I love this series and I love this song and of course madame macabre herself. though I don't like calling masky and hoodie creepypastas because it kinda disrespects the creators in a way I also have to disagree on the proxy part. Everyone who says creepypasta also says they're the old stick in the muds proxies which wouldn't be the case at all since his proxies are those who work directly for him in a way and do his bidding without much of a fight. Both Brian and Tim hated what was happening and even while they were in their masked mindsets they actively ran from slendy went against what he wanted and created the to the ark channel as a way of being against him in some form. If anyone in this series is a proxy it would be Alex who actively got rid of others and brought them to slendy or left them for slendy, he also is relatively unphased by the operator and he even receives help from him. A big example of both of these facts are when Brian and Tim manage to get Alex in the abandoned building and Brian is just about to shoot Alex when Mr slim shows up and Chase's them away before they kill Alex. But Alex looks like a normal person so no one wants to call him a creepypasta or s proxy because he doesn't have the scary killer mask. And may I add that Brian killed no one in the entire series and Tim only killed Brian by accident and then Alex because he deserved it. Meanwhile alex killed pretty much all of his friends, his girlfriend, and a random stranger though probably a few more all for Slenderman. Also Brian is dead and that's that and Tim has his pills that allow him to not succumb to the Slendermams influence. They can't be proxies even if Mr slender really wants them too.

Ace Cerclif dang, thought they were proxies at first, but since you comment about it, guess that changes my thoughts about the MH series.
