I'd like to add to that. THE best popular singer/guitarist in metal right now. Watching him sing staccato all over the shop in deference to the music played and solo is a joy to watch. Very few people can do that.
Best guitarists? Are you nuts? Machine Head is a great band, however he is far from a great guitarist. The majority of his playing is palm muting and harmonics. He makes it sound good but please do not wrap him in with one of the best.
@Michael C No need to hate man. There's more to playing guitar than technical ability. He knows how to write a sick riff and build a song around it, that's for sure.
