You spoke my feelings about Tom and his music better than I could myself. Reading this was like recognizing the reflection of my soul in a magic mirror. What a trip. I just got sober a little over 3 months ago and also just got into a relationship with a girl and care about her in the last month and also went from being a die hard angry liberal SJW to a moderate anarchist who knows they're all trash from both parties and all along the way Tom's put out songs about being sober, loving his one girl instead of fucking mad hoes, and how the political shit is right and wrong on both sides and we all just want what we think is best but that's just our opinions which fighting over them is like arguing over buttholes, we all got one and they all suck and no one wants to see anyone's so we should probably stop showing each other them. I've also been writing a lot more rap songs as opposed to country, rock, and pop ones because of his influence. He's literally changed me and my life in so many ways lately. It's truly amazing and inspiring.
