I agree. I love their old sound, and I also love this new sound. I think it would get boring if they sounded exactly the same in every album. It's cool seeing a band as talented as this come up with new sounds.

something awful has happened to music fans where they no longer think paying 30 bucks to see a great band is acceptable. Touring is expensive. The guys have to live.
they're playing Denver tonight for the last of a three-night gig at our ex-porno-screenhouse-cum-hipster-theatre The Bluebird...guess my brother's into 'em but refuses to go see 'em due to the $30 ticket price (said he saw 'em in Brooklyn for $15 earlier this year)...what the fuck - guess we know how they can afford to destroy their tour vans fer fun!
