I'm not even sure why it affects me so much. She's not being deep, of course, she's not facing some internal struggle and being poetic, she's just being a kid. But when I listen to this, and think of that, the tears start flowing.

I rarely ever cry when I listen music, but there are just a few songs on this albums that moves me to tears, and this is one of them. It's mostly from the ending, where she's tlaking about "spreading her wings." It reminds of this Reception child at this school I work in. In the playground, she frequently flaps her arms saying "I want to fly! Why can't I fly?"
