Low - Medicine Magazines Lyrics

They'll never cure this thing
With medicine and magazines

I know you play your part
You cover up your ever-aching heart

No one knows where you are
And no one thought you'd ever
Get that far

And how can it be that fun
When everyone around you
Dies so young?

And I'm not your favorite one
But who will walk you out
When it's all done?

I was sitting in the oncologist's office waiting with so many others that are afflicted and I picked up a magazine that was titled "The Balder The Head, The Bigger The Earrings." Big Pharma and the cosmetics industry are literally just covering us up. Cancer is as old as time. We'll never cure this thing with medicine and magazines.

Lookup "Autophagy" "Water Fasting Cancer". See if it helps. Pharma and healthcare always lied about the "cure for cancer".

This is in my depression songs. I am crazy about this songs

I've always thought it possible that the line "How can it be that fun..." referred to being gay, and that the song is an endorsement of prayer over medical science. I hope not. I really hope not.

I truly think that would be a stretch. I've met the band and my Hatedar registered nothing. In my thoughtscape, this song is about Heroin/opiate addiction. I have always heard it as a message to an addicted friend/relative who is in danger of overdosing.

    R.... C....

Alan and Mimi advocate gay marriage.

  5. J.... ....

I used to have this on a mixtape.

This is, and has always been, fucking beautiful.

You might not know how suffer can be high
And how suffering inside can lose your mind

You're right on the first part of the song
But life still go on and my favorite's one
    Still living inside

So many people around me dies so young
    But does they choose to?

Death as a remedy of life
But now I know something keep me alive

When suffering inside can lose your mind
You might not know how suffer can be high

    You're not my favorite one
But I keep you as one on the list

Who will walk me out when it's all done,
Here is for what I don't know

    In the deepest night
Still Mary keeping me hanging out my

    Ever-broken heart

  8. R.... G....

We need to cure this thing.

"They'll never cure this thing/With medicine and magazines...
How can it be that fun/When everyone around you died so young."

Takes a distinct meaning in the context of endless war.
