No. Emo/Screamo would be constant mid/high screaming throughout the entire song. Instead, Head uses cleans and lower/mid growls and some screams as cliche's, and of course the main chorus, but it wouldn't be the same without the harsh vocals. Not really clutches for an entire song. There's an obvious difference in talent between typical screamo shit, and a new, rather unique sound. i've yet to find a band that resembles any of this sound. A Christian Nu-metal sound. Also, I don't know much about Mattie Montgomery but I think he's doing mainly lower vocals in this.

I love the way the guitar sounds in this song. It has a lower tune to it which I don't see a whole lot of these days.
