I too was born on the shore of one of the Great Lakes. While it isn't Lake Huron, it was Lake Superior. I'm now on the west coast but miss it up there.

This song kills me inside. I missed my chance with a guy who I think of every day, I wouldn't let him in at the time because mentally I wasn't ready and I moved on, then so did he. It's been three years. I wish I could tell him how much I love him but it's too late now.

when i was little my grandmother was with a man who i always called papa they were together for a long time before he passed but he had a small piece of land on Rush lake in Michigan and that's where i spent most of my summers as a kid I would wake up just about every morning with the sun in my eyes the bird chirping and the summer breeze coming through the windows. I recently learned that the house (technically trailer) is gonna be torn down cause no one can afford to maintain it. and it just sucks but there's nothing i can do but go there soon and take some 180 pictures and grab a piece or part of the house to keep

It was beautiful, the darkness faded once my eyes adjusted, and I could see something that made everything in me stop. The stars in the sky had never been so heartbreakingly clear. Have u ever seen something so absolutely perfect u felt outside of urself? I still remember and with everything in me I want to see it again. This type of music is amazing. Coupled with this time of year, it is wonderful. I go out and tap maple trees and collect the sap to make syrup. This music accompanies me as I go from tree to tree. It's really fitting with the quiet of the forest.
