Hell, that's the very point you make when you tell people to stop violating your first amendment rights by trying to curtail your right to film with local policy. Thus you label them as oathbreakers, and rightfully so, for not respecting your first amendment protected audits and instead following the local policy. Yet, when officers don't adhere to other local policies that favor you, no matter how far down the ladder of importance, you again wield the word oathbreaker (I'm guessing because it's more impactful than calling them what they really are, which is policy violators.) So by your logic, if they follow some local policies, they are oathbreakers, and if they violate other local policies, they are oathbreakers. And you posit yourself as the sole evaluator of which of those policies are of any import. That makes you not too different than the LEO that applies his personal bias in the application of various laws and disregards other laws entirely. Don't become the thing you claim to fight against. This is the conundrum plaguing the quality of your videos (which have a lot of potential to be perfectly honest...) However, as it stands now, you are not serving the auditing community as well as you could. And if you keep walking the path of hypocrisy and moral equivocation in regards to the policy and the constitution, then every step you take is toward that of becoming an ex-marine, which is a word that shouldn't exist, but does for those that earn it.
