And its just a constant repeat. Its like this song was written in a day. Its weird cause with all their other songs you can tell that they have a huge passion for what they're doing. But this just felt like a huge step off like they didnt give a shit

It's not a terrible song, or a terrible album, but if you compare it to the first 3 albums, by their own standards, it's not the best material. What;s crazy is the best track off the album is the remix for a song that features on Fast and the Furious OST....

This album is ridiculous. Its not really Live. Its some other weird ass band. I probably would like it more if it was just a different band. I think its ok for bands to change and experiment, but this just was not the right direction at all.

Tim Renken I understand. The first time I listened to it I felt the same way. But after listening to it more, it grew on me. Maybe it'll grow on you as well.

Yeah, mainstream radio was moving from grunge/alt rock to more pop/hip hop. A lot of the alternative bands got left behind, whilst others tried to reinvent themselves. Was a strange few years lol.

I like this song, but it's my 3rd favorite on this album. That's not even counting the 20+ other songs from their other albums. Hey man if this is your fav, that's cool ...Great Band. ..One of the best concerts that I've ever been to.

Aaaaaah. I understand why people would like it. As a kid this was one of my favorites but objectively this is a pretty bad song. The lyrics is lame and the song is messy and actually kinda annoying. They have alot of incredible songs like Lighting Crashes, Dolphin's Cry, Run To The Water, Overcome. And thats just to name a few. But this is not one of them

I think it's got a great chorus and I like the opening guitar riff, but the rest of it feels to me like a patchwork of neo-grunge cliches that just don't work well together. I love Live, but they absolutely phoned this one in.

None of theses songs were meant to be released on an album, they were experimental for the band and reflected their extremely long tour, pretty much the whole record is about being on tour. They were also poking fun at themselves and current music, theses songs were meant to be freebies for the fans, it was the record label that forced them to release the V album, it turned out quite good overall.

I enjoyed the album but i agree with you. I read that the record label caught wind of this and said lets get this out! Fun fact was that they had a website that counted down the release date which was supposed to be 9-11-01 then a few weeks before they switched to 9-18. Very weird coincidence.

Birds of Pray, after this album, was pretty abysmal. If you heard that horribly sappy "Heaven" song, then you know.

This album was the 2001 equivalent of bands like the Rolling Stones who did Disco albums back in the late 70's, to cash in on its popularity. Rap/rock, nu-metal, pop, and clubbing were getting big (sadly, even today, we're still stuck in this trend, 11 years later) and Live felt they had to follow the mainstream or die. Well it obviously didn't work.
