this song hits me hard because it sounds like a girl is unknowingly in a toxic and abusive relationship that her loved ones advise her against, and she trusts and 'loves' and trusts this person wih her whole heart, to the point she'll 'die' with him and seems to idolise him 'the real truth is you.' A small part of her doubts his love for her, due his actions 'you won't tear my world apart' and the words of others, but she relies on him and convinces herself they don't know him.
