In my opinion lisa does still sound great with anyone else or alone on an objective perspective, but to me it's not that touching anymore, that's maybe because I'm biased to be on damien's side; now don't get me wrong, i totally understand why they had to part, and it's alright, she will find her way as he will find his - but she never sounded as real afterwards,, just the way she looked in their (damien + lisa) videos.. that's the impression of her that i want to keep

Ray is awesome. Lisa is awesome. Damien is awesome. They all sound awesome together and singly. period.
I don't disagree, but purely looking at the work of the two artists over the past several years. Lisa has been producing great music without Damien, and he hasn't produced anything really since Lisa left. I love both, but I was merely stating to the person who said Lisa needs Damien that by purely examining their work, it seems the opposite. I don't necessarily believe Damien needs Lisa, but he hasn't produced anything to oppose that statement as of yet.
i love both artists dearly but damien doesn't need lisa to make amazing music, nor does lisa need damien.

Which is why Damien Rice has yet to release a studio album since Lisa's departure. Don't get me wrong, Damien is incredibly talented, but purely objectively speaking, Lisa is still making albums critically acclaimed albums, so it would appear Damien needs Lisa more than vice versa. Personally, this isn't one of my favourites by Lisa either, but the rest of this album is incredible. Lisa's talented on her own, and while a reunion would be nice for an album, she's much better off now.

Lisa is great, but she does not compare to Damien Rice. Damien Rice made Lisa and she sould wake up and go make beautiful music with him again. Im not feeling this song at all. Damien you are the best!!!!!!

Screw Damien Rice. Maybe his music needs Lisa, but hers certainly doesn't need him and this is proof! Absolutely incredible.

@tookit1 I'm a huge fan of Lamontagne, so there wasn't that much of a bias against him dueting with Lisa. :) I have to say though, that Hi and Low is a song by The Wanted. o_O
@Reyneable I listened a second time and must say it was much better. My bias just keeps getting in the way. BTW Hi and Low has a very nice sound...keep up the hard work :-)
