It's a matter of taste, but I'm surprised so many people here find this the best album. After their first 3 albums, I haven't really heard anything of LB that has the same effect on me. Maybe I haven't listened enough to any album after chocolate starfish but I seem to miss the sincere sound of anger or disappointment in his voice in anything that comes after it. I don't know what I would call my favorite, significant other or chocolate starfish. They both have awesome tracks, music- and lyrics wise, that I still often listen too.

Never understood why people thought this album was so incredibly awful. Limp Bizkit isn't a great band, but this song is quite good and there's several other good rockers on the 1st half of the album. The only complaint I have about this song is it's got too much filler, should have been a 3 1/2 to 4 minute song.

personally this album wasnt the best in my opinion i think the last best album was chocolate starfish and the hotdog flavoured water i just couldnt get into most of this album it was way softer than the earlier stuff they had made ...and a majority of this album was about his whole fugazi relationship with britney spears he just had a crush on her i guess u can say and she wasnt interested thats why i didnt dig this album the most some good songs but it doesnt hold weight like the first 3 albums

When I first listened to this album (got all of LB's) I thought "what the hell has happened to the power and energy of early LB?" and I didn't really like it.
Now as I'm getting older, I realize how beautiful it is. LB really has evolved. And looking back, every album was beautiful in it's own way.

I agree, it came out my junior year and at first I hated it. Now it's favorite by them and this is my favorite song by LB.

I think the only bad album is golden cobra. Is their only one that i don't like

This for me is seriously one of the most underrated Limp Bizkit songs. The lyrics and composition are so powerful, not to mention it was the first of their songs to include a guitar solo which as simple as it is still brought a smile to my face when I first heard it.

Lyrically, it sounds like thoughts that run through my head every minute of every day. "I've become a failure that's living on memories". No worse feeling than remembering better days, but knowing they're long gone and this is life. No way out. I've always liked this album because it's very dark and the upbeat songs even sound tense.

It's the worst feeling in the world, i'm a guy but guys have feelings like this too. Not just women, but this and Significant Other are my favorite albums by Limp Bizkit. Bizkit fan since 1999, this is my fav album hands down, i dont think they will ever sound like this again, and if they do it would be for the best, but signed to young money and no more john otto or DJ lethal, i dont think they ever will
