I’ve always been grabbed by Jerry’s soulful ballads but when I bought this around 1977 , it blew me away! The voice, the outrageous piano and the outlandish finale! Arrangement as well! This one is a masterpiece! Teresa Brewer did great in the 50s as did Jimmie Rodgers in the 30s!
I’ll never get tired of being transported by Jerry’s version!!!
