Level 42 - With A Little Love Lyrics

Would you like to see a world where no one ever hurts
live among a people where compassion is the word
never see the tears of a thousand children falling on the dirt
never hear the cry of a nation's people who's voice will not be heard

Calling out an engineer to save the planet earth
calling all the dreamers who can help me build a world

Don't want it [x6]

Listen to the voices of a god before your time
it has all the answers to the questions you might find
with a little love the hardest heart can be opened to the light
with a little love the darkest heart can be opened to the light

With a little love ...

Calling out an engineer to save the planet earth
calling all the dreamers who can help me build a world

Don't want it [x6]

With a little love ... [x4]

Magic... perfect. This track says so much. And yes, John, I miss Alan terribly.

  3. Cogswell Cogs

This is fucking music, today's music is missing the human element big time!!!

  4. Alexander Blazic

I love that level 42 album

  5. Dave Moishe

I absolutely adore level 42. But this tune.....no! Lyrics are tacky, 'calling out an engineer to save the planet earth??' and I just think the melody is bland. Compare it to the beauty of 'lasso the moon' just before it

    Dan Ward

    Ur bland

  6. Robert Robinson

@gillyh2745 From the album you see in front of you. The last track from the 'Guaranteed' album. Love this song, such a shame among other songs that made 'top 40' , this could have been a hopeful. Oh well.

I don't think I have ever heard this one before. Was it a B side to another single, as I don't think it's on the Guaranteed album (or is there a rerelease or special edition of the album)?. Does anybody know please?

    Dave Moishe

It's not on the vinyl version
