You need to own the CD, and then press rewind on track 1, it will go back to about negative 45 seconds. I believe he was a radio show host. In that 45 seconds he tells a short story about when he was younger and it was yomkippur evening and he was banging some other dudes chick. or something.
Basically on the inside art cover of the CD, it said "Find the 'hidden track' and we will send you some swag."

It's "Howard" (not Harry). An old dude from Gainesville who would tell funny moments to the band. He recorded three monologues: two for the Spoken Word of Howie Reynolds Demo (Dirty Olympics and Newspaper Crap) and one for Automatic called Yom Kippur, which is featured as a bonus track on the original CD. The trick to listen to it is to play Automatic and just before the music starts hit "rewind", and take you to track Zero, which will be his monologue.
