Lennox, Annie See Amid The Winter's Snow Comments
Eurythmics was part of the soundtrack of my teen years. Great voice, Annie. However, as I have been born again and hear these lyrics with new ears, it seems woefully out of place for Annie Lennox to sing this song given her agnostic views (which clearly inform the downstream issue of her feminist ideology), effectively denying the Christ she sings of in this beautiful song.
You say what we are thinking...but we also know that God uses us all. Maybe if she just sings it one more time...
