Actually tilldog30 most people would say that! The record sales for this one are huge. I'm a Hoss guy myself and just picked up Double Plaidinum and Hoss resissues. Hang sounds like it's going to rule as well. Getting back to the Metal that was and is always in Lagwagon. The Section 8 stuff is Metal as hell! The punk rock standard being from the same hometown as RKL set the bar pretty high for them. I think. Now, everyone who's still alive from RKL is in Lagwagon! 

Was the Punk an influence from FatWreckchord influence? I knew a band that rejected by them in writing for sound being to metal "too metal" notice in the time that the sounds of their lineup on that label sound similar. Not Knocking NOFX or anything. I noticed this lately since ive been converting my CDs to MP3s

@kingster911 Me too actually... however they'll never overtake NOFX as my favorite band, especially after seeing them live and seeing a 9 year old flipping off fat mike. it's axiomatic that both bands are in the punk-rock ranks

I have known of Lagwagon for like ten years but kinda slept on em. I'm 23 and first heard em around 98 or 99 when I was in 5th grade and my brother got Survival of the Fattest which had "Sleep" on it I'm pretty sure. Then THPS2 had "May 16th." Then I started playing music with this drummer a year and a half ago and he really got me into em. They are overtaking NOFX as my favorite band lately. This song came on, and I thought it was from Blaze for a sec, that's how damn good they are.

I just found out the clip at the end is from the film Welcome to the Dollhouse with a young Heather Matarrazo. Its a pretty funny movie but jacked up at the same time. Hope this helps cuz I was trying to find it out as well.

I thought it was just a random studio snippet but if it's from something else, I have no idea what it could be.
