I love this song so much because it really pulls at something deep inside of you. Like a feeling that you know is there, and you can almost feel it but there's no way to define it. This song just pulls at that feeling and brings it to the surface allowing you to just feel for these 2 minutes. Not to mention the many interpretations this song has. For example, I hear it as someone trying to find out who they are themselves. They don't know their own name, who they are and how they fit in this world, but have an idea of who they would like to be, slaving away for that idealization of themselves but not quite able to know what they're slaving away for. However, my friend's interpretation is how they are in love with someone. They don't know much about them but they are slowly chipping away at themselves, slaving away for this person and dreaming of loving them, and the person loving them back, but the person doesn't even know their name. I don't know. I absolutely adore Labrinth's work, and the Euphoria soundtrack is a godsend if I'm being honest.
