Chris heard this song in a dream, with a few different voices in it, one of them being Bowie's. Chris then text David Bowie to see if he'd be up for it and sent him a demo, to which David replied "Not your best" and turned him down. He was one of Coldplay's idols and they still respect him for that decision

with Kylie being on songs like this and the one with the band Hurts... Its reminds me of her indie era of music like the albums "kylie minogue and Impossible Princess" it show that she not just some pop tart... she can actually do real music too

me personally i think the duet is good as fuck, this is da type of music u can use a machine gun and see the dude kill in slow motion plus colplay brings it out when he jumps in, dont really think of the concept as in the song itself but i think its hot and dats why coldplay is as hot as he is now

It's oil and water. Kylie and Coldplay are polar opposites. Taste is subjective, as any intelligent person knows. But this is a match not exactly made in heaven. (I love Kylie.)

This is a really inteseresting song. I don't know if its good or bad but its definately creative! So for that I like it :D

this is the first time i've heard kylie sing, i'm hoping she is a better singer than this because this is horrible on her part, but, like always, chris is amazing. But still this is really bad, she kinda brings the song down
