Passion 2020 was incredible this year! And Kristian Stanfill continues to pour out his heart and invite others to worship Jesus. Would have loved to hear this song again live! Passion needs to do a Greatest Hits Concert, and do every year since 1997.

Does it occur to anyone that maybe a reason why this got a thumbs down is because some folks thought this was MUSICALLY LACKING -- it's a GREAT hymn, but imho it was given a boring musical treatment. When someone does not like the same Christian music you like, PLEASE do not assume it's because they are not truly a Christian.

Jesus paid it all. Sometimes it takes awhile to stop mentally replaying our sins, or to stop picking up our sin-glasses to shade our eyes from the Son, but I'm so grateful that the job is done, and He never loses patience with us.

I did NOTHING to deserve his Love.
It is all about Jesus.

Jesus has to pay for our sins. When we sin even after we are saved Jesus "pays" for those sins too. All of our sins are paid for, when we sin after salvation, when we sin tomorrow or the next day, God has to have that sin paid for. There hast to be made a sacrifice for sin, every sin we commit in the future will be paid for. For the wages of sin is death. Rom. 6:23.
Now this is the kicker, where we see that Jesus paid it ALL.
Isa 53:11
When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish,
he will be satisfied.
And because of his experience,
my righteous servant will make it possible
for many to be counted righteous,
for he will bear ALL their sins.
ALL of our sins have to be accounted for, and I am not saying if you are saved you lose your salvation, NO just that those sins have to be paid for by Jesus. Should we live by the law, NO, we just need to be aware that sin has to be paid for, and the only one able to pay is Jesus!
He was counted among the rebels.
He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels. Is 53:12
He was counted as the Rebel even tho it was me who was the Rebel!! I say all this because it helps us to see how far Jesus was willing to go to pay for my sin!! WOW what a savior we have in Jesus!

Because Jesus was (finally) the PERFECT sacrifice, His sacrifice ONCE AND FOR ALL paid for ALL my sins, which obviated (made unnecessary) any further sacrifices. Prior to His death, the practice of sacrifice was a constant ongoing process -- it's easy to forget that, in Old Testament times, a temple would have been a "bloody" place (constant sacrificing/killing of animals).

The first time I heard this song was a little over 2 years ago. But it was in Tanzania in Swahili. Such a beautiful song of what Christ has done for us. And praise God our African brothers and sisters know of the greatest gift too :)

Yes, Christians dress like the world as well. People aren't ashamed of dressing pretty much nude!! So sad but true, but even Christians dress like the world!! I know when I got saved, God does change the inward and outer appearance! I know if He does it for me, then He can do it for another!!

my bible study leader told me this. If they aren't persecuting us, are we really letting our light shine? Corinthians 1:18 says "For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." Corinthians 4:6 says "For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness, made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ".
