my favorite group of all time these dudes started my obsession with rap music. didn't even know this was a diss track when I was 11-12 years old til l I later really started truly listening to the lyrics in hip hop they go hard

Chris Kelly co-wrote lyrics to this and his part in "And it don't stop", they also wrote 3 songs on Young RIch and Dangerous and produced one track titled "Hey Sexy". Of course it should be known they had writers at the age of 13 years old, most kids do in that industry. They still had to have talent to flow in the way they did at such a young age.

Contrary to popular belief, JD didnt write all their songs. But speaking on that level, Dr. Dre, Rick Ross, Diddy, Lil Wayne and more all use ghostwriters. Check the writing credits on your favorite rappers songs & albums...if you see more than his/her name then it was ghost written or written by a conglomerate. Meaning its not real at all; just an actor playing a part to soneone elses lyrics.

Jermaine just jocks the hell out of the Death Row and Ruthless ("Freak Da Funk") releases on this Kris Kross album. He's really trying to get his 'Dr. Dre & Yella' on with his imitation G-Funk.
He also did this wit' Da Brat's "Funkdafied" and had her damn near sounding like 'Brat Doggy Dogg'.

That's why they dropped that "subtle" diss on What Would You Do by D.P.G
