This album is pure gold: song writing at the highest possible level. Casey's Last Ride would bring tears to the eyes of a statue.
His songs around this time left me empty. That's not a bad thing. Sometimes we need to empty out. Otherwise we wouldn't ever have enough room for taking inventory. Kris has always been one for making a body feel the need for taking inventory of the soul.
