Korn - I Can Remember Lyrics
I can remember when we first met
we really had some times
when the success started to kick in
life turned into a mess
Why judge me for what I am?
Can we go back again?
I'm still the same man.
You figured out really who I am
you'll bet your life on that
why can't you see me for what I am
where human don't forget that (that)
Why can't we still be friends?
Can we go back again?
I'm still the same man.
Stand around, don't follow me around
playing me like a clown
facing life not real (not real)
life not real (not real)
life not real (not real)
Why can't we still be friends?
Why judge me for what I am?
Can we go back again?
I'm still the same man.
SAME man!! [4x]

That basss with max phaser at the beginning OwO
Turn it up loud and click here 1:52
Does anyone else hear “When the acid started to kick in...” or is it just me? Lol
It’s like faith no more meets Alice In Chains
also the song is on the japanese version of live & rare
I heard this song when I bought follow the leader. It came on a bonus disc with a bunch of great songs on it from alot of great bands
i wish they make songs like this nowdays
this song is also called 'Misty Blue'
2:35-2:44
Sound familiar?
Uncle War is that part used in another song?
It sounds like No Place To Hide
Uncle War uhhh yeah I can see why you say that
not no place to hide, its got the life live at GCBG
Underground
its like when they snitched on winter the third then tried to accuse him
\m/ I LOVE KoRn\m/
Mercedes Melgar end yourself
Heh not the most flattering photo of David.
big ol' clumsy reverb-gated snare. hate that shit
I wonder if Munky or Head had watched the Shining trailer before recording this tune. That bridge part is a dead ringer for trailer music.
5sos can't remember, but Korn can.
whats this song about ?
relationships.... obviously u know nothin about!!! lmfao
LMMFAO.... I know... chill out u whiny little bitch!!!
BLINDCLOWN The song is about remembering stuff.
the song was released. it's on the "got the life" single. Idk how rare the disc is but I got a copy.
lucky lol!
not rare if you were a korn fan in 97! Got one too has 2 freak on a leash remixes too
From wich year is this song?
I can imagine, that it's from 1997 or 1998
It sounds a lot like the follow the leader style
"This is a rare song of the "Follow the Leader" Album"- description ^^
it was made in 98... right after they released "Follow The Leader".... an obviously before "Issues" so somewhere between 98 and 99
Korn didn't drop any album in 97.... it goes the self titled debut in 94 and then Life is Peachy in 96, Follow The Leader in 98, Issues in 99 and Untouchables in 2002 I think.... idk 2001 or 2002 i forget lol.... these are all there oldest albums!
Dude JD delves into my life constantly fuck it's for real
I Can Remember
Korn are kunts for not releasing this song
+Ben Surgeoner lol, such language : >
+Ben Surgeoner I wish I could find it too bruh ono
+Ben Surgeoner Nah, that is the beauty of them, I have been a very long time fan, but I have never heard this song or some of their others. Found this tune several months back along with some others. If your a fan your going to search and look, and find new shit by them. If they would have released it then they would have done the work for you, lol...I want a new album, and I want it yesterday, come on guys, your killing me
only they released the song on a single LOL
no not at all, its great hearing korn new korn songs, i'm always listening to their songs and to find something new from them is like heaven
I Can Remember
Where can i download this song!
This song is wayyyy underrated and should've been included on Follow the Leader, it's a damn good song
with camel song ! replacing all in the family
Dorian Nah... Replacing Cameltosis then it would be perfect!
@Im Nobody no
Why can't find a live video or good bass tab for this?
The song was only featured as a B-Side track on the single "Got The Life".
I find I can figure Out all the bass line.
Send me a private.
I love the bass in this song. Classic Korn.
There was only one, good part of this song from 1:52 to 2:33
That part was moved into “My gift to you” as the chorus, and with different lyrics
@SomeCabbage not same
Disagree
Feeling inside schizophrenia they talked with me all the jah ...
wait this is not on follow the leader. do all the follow the leader albums start after so many blank tracks, or did i have a rare album?
+animegame100 it was a moment of silence for a fan who died of cancer. The song Justin is about that fan. It's basically a song about how Jonathan Davis was kind of freaked out that a kid's dying wish was to meet Korn.
@Ronny Webster your too old then, that's all I can say. john was in his 20's that's the weird part!!
What does my age have to do with knowing that information? I was 13 when follow the leader came out, I'm 30 now. Your statement makes no sense. Be less stupid.
because kids misplace judgement
@Ronny Webster because kids misplace judgement. kids think everything is good. everyone usually knows that. kids are always happy. their anger only lasts a day.
Hell Yeah Nigga!
Demon Vic my nigga
Dat bass!
dat flanger effect
dat flanger effect
dat flanger effect
dat flanger effect
2:00 Best part of the song. Hands down.
SLAP THAT MOTHAFUCKIN BASS FIELD-DOGG!!!
You were young less than a year ago? but now you've grown right?
korn never die !
dadaddaddaada, dat intro.. DAMN, why I can't play like Fieldy :D
Can't believe time flew by
that bass at the beginning... awesome!!! i want that bass sound on the next record
sometimes i can't remember the name song
This song is great! Love it..
it was also on the original Family Values album.
Respect is for the pathetic.
ese bajo es la puta ostia
Thank you, too few people on the internet thinks like this. I can respect almost any opinion, but not someone who can't respect other people's opinions. They're just opinions, right? :) Btw, you pretty much summed up my life philosophy ^^
Definitely sounds like something that would've been on Follow The Leader.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ALBUM THIS IS ON, cuz im I cant find it on Follow the Leader.
This song is strong.. it reminds me of my friend who used to be the closest person to me when we were younger in middle school and elementary.. now that we are in high school he seems to have stopped talking to me ever since i got a girlfriend.. idk why. i mean im still the same man.... the breakdown at 1:58 makes me so depressed as i remember all the memories.. damn korn your always there for every single situation in life... thanks for the deep real music..
@CessiCB Somehow, they added "Cameltosis" in the "The Essential Korn" compilation album.
@MetalDrummer776 cameltosis? children of the korn? black sheep? lodi dodi? wicked? wake up with biggie smalls?
@JRock005 Yes there is. Just not in this case :)
KoRn make me feel good
best bass intro EVER
@CessiCB Sounds like yall just hate rap in general. All the songs you named have rap in them.
Mmm, this song is part of a different album, the album is called "take it back", it has various musicians invited, it's awsome
Fieldy playing bass in the intro LIKE A BOSS.
why judge me for what i am?
Why the hell didn't this song get issued it's nice they should have released it why someone tellme
Also this wasnt on the Follow the Leader it was off Rare Sides and Demo first way way before Follow the Leader
KoЯn will neveЯ die! \m/ (>_<) \m/
Fieldy is such a boss at bass! :O
@Malcolmxkaito AMEN!
@lilrockable i need unplugged and the other album from see you on the other side :p
Jonathan is looking fine in this photo.
I havnt listened to very much of korns work but that song gave me a boner!
@aericks6 No, even after I die.
@S0ryiu i hate when people that don't know shit about the situation reply..i have been a MAJOR korn fane since 94 i follow korn 7 days a week ....but don't take my word for it do some research..it's out there for u to find!!!
the old david not the later david.....david started to suck ass towards the end, thats why he got kicked out of korn!!!
wooooow first time i hear korn in 6 months.. i forgot amazing they are. this song really is one of my faves, so stunning...
mannn that sound at 1,54 sends shivers down my spine
I've got every KoRn album and this isnt off follow the leader
@JRock005 I went and before they started playing, they tested the bass me and my love looked at eachother and said, yea. thats korn. its fking amazing.
@JRock005 You should. The bass blows people's minds...
this intro is the shit.
Fieldy had made a new concept for bass
@rockergg1b I got your back on that one. DAvid is totally the Best. The groove the Funk that goes with the whole band. people just seem to forget.
Head is missing a looot....korn had to change their style a bit when he left..
I agree. Ray is a better drummer no doubt, but no drummer fits Korn's sound more than David did...bottom line.
@Malcolmxkaito ray is more creative, enthusiastic and has passion. david lost all of that. the better drummer now is ray, have you seen his fills for somebody someone live? that is what the passion david lacks.
so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i dedicate this song to my weed plant.
TheLazyFart lol wtf
@b2rc0d3 Totally with you man they were fuckin awesome together.
Wait this is Follow the Leader, this song is on the syotos b-sides disk
@Malcolmxkaito i agree
@emonemojay Although, Joey did a good job with Korn.
That's why if Slipknot ever fired Joey, he'd probably just go ask to join Korn. :D
Or just continue in just Murderdolls.
korn needs its original members
@Demacrater I know man lol. Just sayin. Wish all of them get back together again. \m/
This is the worst band ever in history. Pink Floyd owns this pile of garbage in each and every way possible you can think of.
