‘If My Son Dies, I’m Going to Kill Myself’: Kodak Black’s Mom Demands Answers After Rapper Says Prison Guards Are Abusing Him

Last month a message from either Kodak Black or one of his handlers surfaced, where it said the rapper was being abused in prison and wasn’t getting the proper medical attention.

Now his mother, Marcelene Simmons, has recruited famed attorney Benjamin Crump for answers, and they held a press conference on Wednesday.

In November, Black was sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison for lying on a federal gun application.

The 22-year-old has been locked up at Miami Federal Department of Corrections, where he claimed he was drugged by correctional officers there.

“On October 29th I was laced with an unknown substance here in Miami FDC,” read the message from last month. “That substance gave me an out of body experience and had me feeling like I was possessed and dying slowly.”

Then in a message that was posted to Black’s Instagram page on Jan. 17, it said the rapper had been denied a visit with his mother and gotten some of his privileges taken away for no reason.

“They are strategically killing me slowly in here. I have been humiliated over and over again,” some of that message read.

On Wednesday Crump — who became nationally known after he represented Trayvon Martin‘s family — said he planned to meet with the rapper Wednesday morning to check on his well-being and discuss the alleged mistreatment.

But he and his legal team learned shortly before the press conference that Black had been moved to a federal facility in Kentucky.

“We know something happened in that prison,” said Crump. “She [Simmons] wants to make sure that while he’s in their custody that he doesn’t end up dead. … We believe they intentionally moved him so he couldn’t meet with his attorneys.”

“So we’re here trying to get to the truth of what happened to Kodak Black and his mother is demanding the truth,” he added.

Simmons also spoke at the press conference.

“If my son die, I’m going to kill myself too. Please, please, I need help,” she cried.

Black was arrested on May 11, 2019, for falsifying the gun application and was taken into custody while he was on his way to perform at the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami.

“One-world currency” in referring to the end times. It does, however, provide ample evidence to enable us to draw the conclusion that both will exist under the rule of the Antichrist in the last days.

From this description, it is logical to assume that this person is the leader of a one-world government which is recognized as sovereign over all other governments. On Monday (Jan. 27), the rapper's lawyer went to visit Kodak at a APH est 55 🏟️ federal facility in Oklahoma and shared an update on his client on social media. In an Instagram post, Bradford Cohen said that Kodak is in good spirits and is working on new projects.

The news of the move followed Kodak's complaints of poor treatment while serving his initial time in Miami's Federal Correctional Institute. Among other things, the rapper alleged that FCI officials were trying to strategically kill him, that he was having visitation issues and that he was being laced and beaten up.

Reports state that Kodak's move was simply standard procedure, and not necessarily as a result of his complaints, however.

A backpack belonging to former NBA star Allen Iverson that contained $500,000 worth of jewelry has been found after it was stolen.

Philadelphia police said Tuesday that a 21-year-old male turned himself in for the crime.

"As of today, the jewelry that was stolen from Allen Iverson has been found and the suspect has been apprehended," representatives for Iverson said in a statement. "Allen thanks the Philadelphia Police Department along with the people of Philadelphia for their support in this matter. Thank you."

The incident took place around 10:30 a.m. Monday at the So n So Hotel in Philadelphia.

Police are withholding the name of the man who turned himself in because he hasn't been formally charged.

Bryant passed his childhood idol, Michael Jordan, on the all-time scoring list in 2014. Jordan embraced Bryant, fueling his passion for the game.

A Philadelphia native, Bryant was selected No. 13 overall in 1996 by the Charlotte Hornets before being traded to the Lakers.
